Our 18th annual reunion took place at the Rutland Arms, Bakewell, which has become a fond favourite. Not only is the hotel ideally located, but its facilities are excellent, including the food and drink, whilst its staff are all friendly and welcoming! Possibly the best day of the year weather wise, (so different from the snow of 2018) allowed a group of 9 to enjoy an afternoon walk through the local countryside, whilst others, as they arrived, joined in the leisurely chat groups in the hotels public areas. Sadly no records for staying up late were broken, as the last to bed were 2am! Perhaps a reflection of those unable to attend this year!! Most departed next morning after a hearty hotel breakfast.
